Harden Bearings & Hardware is an extremely diverse, well established, family owned and operated business located in Harden, South-West NSW.We are seeking the services of a hands-on Mechanic/Workshop Supervisor for an immediate start to join our dedicated and hard-working team
Our ideal candidate will be an energetic, qualified Mechanic that has a true passion for the industry, strong experience in mechanical fault finding & breakdown maintenance, excellent leadership, sales & customer service skills. With our workshop being a member of the Repco Authorised Service and Hydraulink Hydraulic Hose Repair Networks, the ability to maintain a high standard of work and maximise the productivity of our team is essential.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Being customer focused, and be able to liaise with customers in regards to the repairs and reporting on any additional work required.
- Planning, directing, monitoring and controlling all activities in the workshop.
- Create, process and finalise job cards ready for invoicing.
- Maintain a positive and safe workshop environment
- Proactive approach & initiative to tasks
- Role requires after hours/weekend call outs from time to time to meet the demands of our predominately agriculture based customers
- Examining motor engines and their parts
Desirable Attributes:
- LR Drivers Licence
- Hydraulic & Plant equipment experience
- RMS Authorised Examiners Certification
- Forklift Licence
- Welding/Fabrication Experience
- Auto Electrical Experience
